Financing

Consultation:

The Consultation fee is $100.00 (CAD). Some patients may be eligible for consultation under the provincial health plan (OHIP) with a written referral from a family doctor, depending on the nature of their specific problem. There is no charge for a second consultation session.

Surgery:

Payment of the consultation fee will be put towards (i.e. deducted from) the final surgical fee.

Upon completion of your first consultation session, you will receive an information package which will include the cost of the procedure(s) you have discussed. This will include the total cost of the procedure and an itemized breakdown of all the fees included in this total (surgical fee, anaesthetic fee, facility fee, etc.). This quote is inclusive. There are no hidden costs.

Payment for surgical procedures must be received two weeks prior to surgery to secure a booking. Payment options include credit card, certified cheque or cash.

Financing can be arranged through Credit Medical or Medicard Finance, financing organizations that offer services for cosmetic plastic surgery procedures.

As each procedure is individualized and therefore may vary in length of time and complexity, the cost of the specific procedures vary. Please feel free to contact Dr. Fialkov's office for average costs of various procedures.
